Development of Flash based music player supporting static and dynamic playlist

Hello We are working on the next version of our website http://www.beamto.us. Currently, we use a free player for our simple task of playing the music: [login to view URL] Now we need to improve and we could not find any ready made solution to this. Anyway, we need a slick player that we can post at the bottom of the screen in a thin horizontal bar. Apart from the standard control like pause/play etc, it needs to have the following features: 1. I should be able to load it up with some initial list of tracks. Though the player will not start till somebody plays a track. If while playing music, we send request to add a song, it will go to the end of the list. Then user can just move around the list or whatever... 2. It should be able to dynamically receive a new song to playlist via javascript call. I guess one would need link to the mp3 and we can do that. 3. it should provide controls to manage playlist (basically just delete a track). Doing this also does a POST call to our server so we can remove the reference from the server. 3. it should be nice looking and fit to our bottom-line idea. Design and styles should match the current website. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Flash. As deliverable, I guess, I will get the .fla file and .swf file.
