Development of Travel Related Web Portal

We are interested in developing a Travel Related web portal. The high level requirements for the portal have been explained in the enclosed attachment. The preferred environment / platform for this portal is DB - MySQL Language - PHP. However we are open to other suggestions provided that the reasoning behind such suggestions are sound. Only individuals with demonstrable skills in PHP & MySQL need apply. Be prepared to provide urls and proof of existing websites and work done in PHP /MySQL. Although not essential, experience in the travel domain is an advantage. Looking forward to hear from you.
