bulk URL submission program

A program that I can load a txt file list of URLs and a list of email addresses into and it automatically submits to search engines and as many directories, pages, as possible similar to this: [login to view URL] The email addresses will be used for search engines that require an email address when submitting. ## Deliverables desktop program that I can put txt file of URLs and email addresses and it submits to search engines much like this [login to view URL] ..and if you can make it submit to more than just those that would be a huge plus but not mandatory. many of those require email addresses and that's why the email address list. Program can use 1 address per URL.
