We Need To allows a caller holding (based on time or number in the queue) in your queue to press '1' and enter a phone number (Or based on his CID) to be called back at when their slot in line comes up next.
1. The system need to say the call back number: announcement + CID
2. Parameter for "verified call back - Yes \ No - means if the system is calling he will here "you first in line press 1 to return to the queue"
3. Parameter for callback number - how many time the system will call back (+ time between calls)
4. GUI: php page for
1. columns:
Time of call, Queue, source CID, return based on CID or DTMF, time reterned , verifaied , num retries, Status (waiting / Done)
