create site similar to ( see description)

I need someone to create a website like [login to view URL] . This is a simple website where people can upload text, pictures,maps, and videos and share it with others. I want my site to be just as simple. I do not want anything fancy. Keep it simple. I will provide you details on how my site it should look (colors, buttons, page arrangement/layout…) but you will have to implement ALL the functionalities of the given site.
