Create 301 Re-directs from Sunshop to Pinnacle cart shopping cart

Hello,
Currently we have a website located at [url removed, login to view]
This current site is built with Sunshop shopping cart software.
We need to 301 re-direct 27 links to our new website which is being temporarily housed at this link:
[url removed, login to view]
The domain will eventually point to the new website which is being hosted by Pinnacle Cart. The 27 links include our products. I can create a list of the old links and where they need to be 301 redirected to.
The only thing I need is for the code to be written. Also, will I need to get the domain pointed to the Pinnacle Cart server/ domain URL switched from [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] FIRST, or will you be writing the code first?
