ASP.NET VB Multiple Image uploader / Online library

Create a multiple image uploader simular to : <[login to view URL]> Difference is that the user should be able to specify which country to allocate images to, or upload to a master area. The winning bid will provide full source code, and apply a given design template. You must be able to work with ASP.NET VB/AJAX/SQL Server This is a module for a wider project, and will consider other solutions. Must be compatible with latest firefox browser. SQL server will reference the images, but is not necessary if the folders can be seen. Note, the main folders will be the country names plus one folder called Master, and allow the user to create sub-folders of these. No image manipulation is required. Winning bidder will be provided the full country list and the HTML template to work to.
