CMS needed

A London publishing company is looking for an individual or small group, preferrably in London or willing to travel here, to help construct a Content Management System for their main website. The site itself is completely designed and in HTML waiting to be hooked up to a database backed system. The project is relatively straightforward and involves all the normal requirements of a modern CMS. The main feature is the management of authors who will have CVs managed by the company and a "Clientspace" managed by the authors themselves. Also, the system needs to support user-management so that different people inside the company have different access privileges. The CMS has also been mostly thought through by the technical team at the company so the work itself should be very clear. The company expects the highest level of competence and technical ability (including all of the latest in AJAX-powered features). It is agnostic about the technologies utilised. There is a limited timescale for the project so anyone bidding must be able to complete the project in 4 weeks. We prefer to meet directly with developers to explain further details of the project.
