Add features and fix bugs for PHP reverse auction script

An expert PHP programmer is needed who can work from 5-20 hours per week adding features and fixing bugs in a reverse bidding PHP project.
The font end consists of account registration, login, browse listings, and search. The user admin allows to users to post projects, bid, and message each other.
The site admin back end allows the administrator to review all registered accounts, search, moderate posts, view payments, and more.
We are looking for someone who can work quickly to fix bugs and add minor features to the site. No GUI work is needed, only PHP, MySQL programming is required. Worker will receive access via FTP, SSH, and CPanel. If you can demonstrate you can work quickly and write great PHP code, we will likely approve your bid.
