Customize Interspire IEM to Rotate IPs and Domains

I need someone to modify Interspire (IEM) with a patch to allow it to rotate IPs and Domains. For example, interspire assumes that you are using 1 domain and 1 IP on a host. I need it modified to allow it to rotate IPs and Domains on time intervals.
