Design a access database and integrate photo editing software

# This database is for a photo center that has several self-service kiosks where customers can order prints of their photos, design photo books, and order photo gifts. The project has two parts two it. 1) design a very strong, simple to use, and flexible photo editing software. I have a specific interface in mind. One improtant component is that I should be able to add available frames and clip arts to be used. 2) A strong database that will store up to millions of items' information, orders, vendors, etc. Both parts need two work together seamlessly. FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST! NO MILE LONG LOOPS! IT NEEDS TO BE VERY EASY TO EDIT THE PROGRAM BY ANY PROGRAMMER. ALL CODE NEEDS TO BE VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND DOCUMENTED.
