Looking for a paid members club site developing in custom PHP.
There will be standard website with a few dynamic sharable pages, with news pulled from related industry news websites, RSS feeds or similar.
But the meat of the website will be;
Misc
Members should be able to sign in with facebook/twitter as an option.
Accounts should be then linked with social graph on facebook so members signing up or reading news gets posted to facebook.
Player profile
Players are required to sign up and pay a yearly subscription. Paypal.
Payments need to be able to accept unique discount codes so we can have players sign up either for free at a discount.
Players need to be able to see and broswe other players and message other players.
Players need to be able to select their team from multiple drop down menus, country, area, and finally club.
Once selected a players club badge should display on player profile.
Players at registration should select their position from drop down menu.
Admin will be able to select the ability of a player on a 0 to 5 star rating. Players cannot edit their own rating.
Players can either upload video (upto 10 videos) to website or link videos from vimeo or youtube.
Players have profile picture and gallery in profile.
About me section.
Players will be able to contact everyone. Other players, managers, and scouts.
Manager Profile
Managers will pay to join but will also have to be vetted when they join,
Drop down menu for which club they are at.
Option to show to what level managers are qualifed to.
Managers will be able to contact their own players, other managers and scouts. But not players at different clubs.
Scout profile
Scouts should not be able to contact players that are not at their club.
Scouts who need to contact a player at another club about a transfer should have to ‘request’ details, managed by admin.
Scouts will be free to register but will need to be approved prior to acceptance by admin.
Scouts main function is to be looking at profiles of players, so would like a feature where scouts are presented with the most viewed/most relevant players based on location, and how many hits each players profile has had.
Scouts should have an easy to use obvious search function which allows them to search for players based on radius searches (based on player current club), age, position, star rating, or a combination of the above.
Team profile
Team profiles should have contact names and numbers. Map of where team is located, links to teams facebook and twitter.
Team managers should be able to log in and edit their teams profile.
Team profiles should be able to split up into different age groups so it is possible to browse all the 10 year old players, all the 14 year old players etc.
Team profiles should have the option to message all players in that team.
Design of the website is complete. We are looking for a php guru with good english, good work ethic, passion for football, and the ability to build and maintain the website to the above criteria.
Please when quoting, message with an estimated cost of maintenance, per month as well as the one off build costs and estimated time to complete. This project is currently already under way and is expected to reach 250,000 members in 6 months. So the site will need to be robust and secure and have the ability to auto translate into at least English and Spanish.
