Buddypress Modification. Plugin Wanted.

Now I am a developer myself, and I've looked through this code trying to get everything to work. However this system is a bit tangled and needs someone who is experienced with Wordpress, Buddypress, PHP, CSS, Javascript. I've coded my site so that when a member signs up they have a random generated username created for them. What I want is a two field real name entry to replace the username entry, and I want the ability to call the first name or the last name with <?php get> or something like that. In doing this all, you will be expected to deliver a coded plugin that will be ready to go and pre-tested. We'll call it the buddypress use Real Names plugin.
