IVR Project.- OPEN TO ANY RECOMMENDATION I need a outbound dialer which could be used for other app in the future, it should be asterisk based the following features could be handled it will be using E1 trunk. 1) OUTBOUND CALLER From a DB we have a list of telephone numbers to call the system calls each number and when the phone picks up we play the main wav (or any other format) file After we have called all the numbers up to 3 times (tries) we send a report saying what number we called and if they received (Pressed 1) to listen to message. we should be able to change easily the message every 2-3 days and have a set of recordings we would like to control file the following into a simple admin web page: 2) ANOTHER FEATURE IS WHEN A USER CALLS CERTAIN NUMBER, HIS NUMBER IS RECORDED AND STORED BUDGET IS US$1000

Hi, i have experience with automatic IVR, i developed a solution for a medical center. Asterisk send a call to the patient one day before the appointment to remmember the time and the speciality. All is taken from a DB, and send email for patient, doctor and manager. People can choose if they want another call in the next 6 months with dtmfs and the manager can enable or disable via web too.
