Amazon MWS API Program

This program is for pulling data from Amazon utilizing Amazon’s MWS API. The details of each part are missing from this basic description. Based on qualifications and bid price the rest of the data will be sent over upon request. Main Functionality - Import an excel, csv, or tab-delimitated file with a list of ASIN’s or UPC’s - Access Amazon’s MWS API to pull relevant data as quickly as possible. Amazon throttles request so the data needs to be uploaded to utilize the maximum speed but not be limited by Amazon’s throttle limits. The throttle limits can be found in MWS Reference Guide page 8. From looking at the requests that we will use, the amount that should be able to be processed is 36,000 UPC’s / ASIN per hour. - The outputted data needs to be able to be easily manipulated. - Part 1 of the program needs to be able to run continuously even if part 2 is being used. - Focus is to monitor Amazon’s sales rank, pricing and seller to predict future sales - Some MWS API calls give the option to specific NEW. The ONLY data wanted is for NEW products. Even if NEW/USED can not be selected on some MWS calls, if USED is returned ALWAYS ignore the data. Below is a basic of what is needed. I think the API calls are correct however if something is wrong then please let me know so that it can be corrected. If there is a better solution also please let me know. Part 1 Part one of the program needs to get price, rank, quantity and who is selling. The main objective is to retrieve whom has the buy box from Amazon, what price they had it for, and what was the sales rank at when they had it. Part 2 Second program needs to be able to get all data related to ASIN’s / UPC The program needs to be able to run when wanted. When the program runs it will use the Amazon MWS API to retrieve all information on an ASIN.
