I need very simple software that will do the following steps: 1. I get an order from my eBay account a. software sends a message to the customer. b. open a certain web site and makes the order from that website for the customer that ordered from me on eBay. c. when the website provides tracking number, software should update the customer and send him another message. d. and the final message after few days from that shipment day like "thank you" message to the customer. that's pretty much it.
