Build A Program

Hi there, so basically i am looking for someone to create me a program. This program needs to take any data stored in a google doc and then transfer it to a Fifa UT Card maker. An example of what i need can be found here. [login to view URL] This link is just an example and the program i want built will not involve it at all. Other than using the same font as well as the same backgrounds which are cards that come in multiple colours. Basically we will have a google doc that will contain a ton of data. It will contain data that is supposed to replace the data found on the card on the above link. So for example. Where it says Messi in the link above that would be changed to whatever is in the name field of my google doc. Then where it says 94 on the link above it would change to whatever is in the next column of my google doc and so on and so forth. There are 9 pieces of edittable text that i would need to be able to change at will. I must also be able to change the team badge and national flag. The player picture is also an area where i have a very specific requirement. For this area it must allow me to input only another name. The program must then take this name and paste it into a universal link. I must also be able to move the picture that would appear from the link. The stuff that appears on the bottom half of the card will be based on position. This means i need to able to click on a position where the player plays and this will mean that it will add certain words that will come after the number To make this job a little harder. The program must take all the info above from my google doc. It must then show me a preview of how any card will look. Then i should be able to save the card at which point it will be uploaded to my tinypic account and so i can then do what i want with it. Another feature i would love is if the cards automatically updated the info on the card as i update it on the google doc. If someone can make this happen then it will definitely get them the job. Bear in mind i will not consider any applications that do not contain the phrase "FUT Card Generator" somewhere. This certifies to me that u have read this brief.
