Build an application/software similar to a current app.

Hi, We need a software engineer/imaging specialist who can create some software, and ultimately an application, that works in the same way as the NRML app ([login to view URL]). REQUIREMENT: We need to be able to measure a distinct object, based on the presence of a scale object. In the case of NRML, the ear is being measure based on the scale object which is a coin. In our case, the scale object will be a credit card. STAGE OF PROGRESS: Currently, we merely need someone on-board ready to complete this project. We need you to prove you are able to do this project, and deliver a mock-up to this extent. NDA: We cannot disclose the actual objects we will be measuring at this point in time.
