What you are looking for is impossible buddy. There are a lot of cheap solution out there as scripts like Interspire Email Marketer but the SCRIPT is not what will have the capability to send THAT many emails per day its the server. Setting that up on your laptop is impossible and your MX record will get messed up. Do it right and use a service provider. Why do u think all of them charge per n'th number of email sent?
