CRM and client tracking tool

We are a financial planning firm who wishes to find someone who can create a CRM tool for us. I would need to be able to upload our clients details and then be able to update the details as required. I would want to also be able to make diarised file notes for each client. The CRM tool will also need to have the ability to diarise a follow up task either yearly, 6 monthly or 2 yearly. The CRM tool should also have the ability to create a workflow of the steps we take with each client so as to allow staff to tick off each step, I would also want it to note the time taken on each step and then the system tally up the hours spent for each client on tasks.
