Changes to existing program

I have a program that I currently use on my local machine to select various data from a Mysql database. I need some changes making to this program. The changes I am making are mainly slight modifications to the coding, so the majority of the work is already done and will just need slight edits. I have had freelancers work on the project before and the most challenging aspect is getting what I want into a language that we both understand. But once that problem is solved, the work is quite easy. I don’t expect to pay a lot, because like I said the work is just modifying what is already there. I also need when you a bid a realistic completion date. There will also be some more work to do after this, on the same program. Which the winner of the project will get first chance to complete as well. I have added a zip file, which has all the files in so you can install onto your local server and view how it currently works. The page we will be editing is the Home vs Away Team Comparison.
