Collect final price data from completed listings in Ebay

Looking for someone who can write a program using Ebay's API to collect final auction prices of video games from Ebay's completed listings. I have a 1000 products that I want to collect accurate final selling prices that sold on ebay each time I run the program. I want this program to tell me what the x highest price each product sold for and the x lowest price each product successfully sold for. (For example the 5th highest price and the 5th lowest price for each of the 1000 items. I would prefer "x" to be user definable). I would also prefer the listings without a winning bidder NOT included. I want this done for both conditions, "new" and "used", giving a total of 4 prices for each of the 1000 products. This is for personal use, and the results can be output in whatever way you prefer. However, I need to be able to (manually) easily put the data into an excel spreadsheet. In a nutshell I want a program that will give me an output like this: Tron Evolution (or UPC code) - $40,$30,$30,$25 . I have UPC codes for all products if that make things easier.
