Connect 2 API's

This is my Situation i have the following 1. local inventory software program (can be accessed by API returns XML) 2. Woocommerce / Wordpress E-Shop (Dont really know) 3. Channel Advisor Account (Can be Accessed by API) (http://developer.channeladvisor.com/display/cadn/ChannelAdvisor+Developer+Network) i want 2 things. First ------ my main Stock and Quantity is in the main Inventory Software. so i want a script with an OPTION SYNC & UPDATE QUANTITIES which will take all inventory Quantities from (1) Local Software by accessing the API this system has and update Quantities to the Eshop(2) and Channel Advisor (3) by Matching the SKU and updating the Quantity Field. Second ------- i want also to be able to post new products from the eShop to ChannelAdvisor. so i must have a list of all products and by checking the ones i want and hit an option POST THEM ON CHANNELADVISOR, and by clicking this the products i have selected should be posted in Channel Advisor with all options and attributes they have Please only serious bidders that have done API connections in the past and have experience into XML PHP JSON JQUERY MYSQL im tired of giving projects and never finish, inbox me if u want to ask more details Thank u
