Convert graphic to HTML newsletter

We have made arrangements to send out an email ad through another company, and now we need to provide them with the HTML. Our graphic designer has created the graphic, and now we need you to create the HTML that our partner can plug into their email program. Here are the specs: 1. HTML should be 600 pixels wide 2. HTML code must be clean with CSS styles embedded. Do not send HTML that has been created using WYSIWYG or another ESP. Attached is a mockup of the email. The top and bottom portions will be graphic, and the center text portion will be all text. Additional notes: - This needs to be completed by July 30, 1:00pm Central Time. Do not bid if you can't meet this deadline. - We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail and can get this done right the first time around. - When you bid, please let me know what format you need the graphics in.
