Create Backlink System

I am looking for a new script that does this but is more reliable and integrates ads and other features. There are other websites that provide similar services, but the project is to create a stable script that allows users to create backlinks with or without keywords. The library of URLS that include a insert location. For example a text line may be [login to view URL][[DN]] where [[DN]] will be the user defined URL address. There are thousands of library URLS in a text file that the script should use, create the completed URL link and it should be pinged and checked like the script on www.freebacklinkcreator.com. It would be good if the script manages to rank the list based on the most successful pinged to least successful to help maintain and clean the list over time. The last 10 or so websites that have been indexed should also be presented on the page along with a counter of the number of backlinks created using the tool. Within the backlinks that are created there should be integration of text advertisements (which would be text and links) like [login to view URL] The whole site and script should be integrated into a wordpress theme.
