Create Instructions on Running NLTK Twitter Sentiment Analyzer (repost)

There is a Twitter stream analyzer with full source code at [login to view URL] which is behind the scenes at [login to view URL] Unfortunetely, I cannot get it to show the polarity (and neither can someone else - <[login to view URL]>). Need someone familiar with NLTK and sentiment analysis to create full step by step instructions (including what data they used and how they collected it) that eventually get this analyzer to work (or what changes need to be made to make it work).
