I am posting this project to get a feel for the amount of time, knowledge and money that would be required to complete a project of this size. I want this to be an extension/plugin for Joomla 3. I need something similar to this....[login to view URL] I want 5 different templates to choose from including 4-page and 2-page. I want the completed brochures to be saved and sent to my printer with the layers open. I assume the templates would need to be created using an open source program like GIMP because of licensing issues? I may or may not award this project only because I am exploring the costs, knowledge and time involved.
