Create dynamic Web Page based on page selections

I am in need of a web based application to retrieve data from a Google spreadsheet and create a page which dynamically updates based on user input on the created page. An example page is [login to view URL] The center column is where the dynamic data will be updated by the user. Referring to the center column: the default $ amounts are retrieved from Google and totaled on the updated webpage. The user can check a box or uncheck a box. Depending on the check box, will zero out dollars. The dollar amount can be edited on screen and the total updated.
