Creating banner widget

I created a banner widget using [login to view URL] and modified the code a bit. The banner is here: [login to view URL] I need help modifying the code to keep all code on my server. Also I need a second banner widget with images included in the widget. See the attachment. For this I do not want to use the same feed as above. I want to be able to choose which posts which will appear in the widget. I can create the images manually and replace urls if needed. Otherwise if it?s possible to create a wordpress plug-in where I choose which articles I want to show that might be a good idea?
