Custom AMAZON dropdown menu for Magento

Hi, We need a menu that look's same as [login to view URL], dropdown, and all the menu content should NOT be spidered by searchengines. We do use this one right now: [login to view URL] but is not transparent enough, while we do have about 600 categories and subcategories. But the biggest problem is search engines can read it and it caused duplicate content on each page on our site. You can customize this one are create a new one. The menu should have only 1 level categories listed in and option to attach image, banner or video, like this one we do have right now. My budget this time is $50, I need quality work, if I can't get it for this money I will rather wait for some weeks and collect some more $ for a Perfect solution...
