Data validation- Accounts payable

hi! I am an accounts payable and would like to get a VBA programmer to write a code to make my work easier. The basic task is to compare 2 excel statements(data validation) and if some conditions are met then write in the relevant cells some text and highlight it. The user has to choose the columns from each sheet which needs to be compared. The column headings of each statement is Date, Desciption, INvoice Number, Transaction Amount, Gross Amount, Net Amount. First will search on net amount, then internal looping on gross amount, then if there are duplications (invoices with the same gross and net on both statements) it should look for common words from description column (note that should not be the same text in the Description but common words). If it finds the invoice as described and Transaction Amount cell is nil for that row then highlight in yellow the net cell in both statements and write comment "Pay" in a defined cell, on the same row. If Transaction amount is different than 0 then write the comment "outstanding" in the defined cell. If it cant find a common word on Description cell(but has the same gross and net) then highlight the net cells in pale green and write "check duplication" in the defined cells in both statements. If finds the same net, but different gross then it should look for common words in Description cell and if it finds a common word and Transaction Amount cell is nil then highlight the net cells in pale blue and write in defined cells "check gross", otherwise write "outstanding". If it cannot find the same net leave it blank and should go to the next net cell from the next row. User inputs (msg box)should be the user name and also the letters of the net, gross, description and Transaction Amount columns from both statements. At the end of the routine it should write at the bottom of the internal statement the name of the user and the date when the routine was performed. Of course the code must be protected as much as possible.
