Dedicated Developers Needed For Custom Magento Theme Editor

I need an experienced developer to develop a custom Magento theme editor. This project involves a lot of coding so you must have extensive experience. I NEED 3-4 dedicated developers working around the clock. To clarify I'm not looking for you to do my homepage. I'm looking to create a custom plug-in. To save time, only respond to this posting if you are sure you can do this project. A theme editor allows a Magento site owner to edit/customize the homepage without knowledge of html. The theme editor would need to work with approximately 80 Magento themes that I have. The theme editor would need to be able to do the following: Upload and resize logo Add image, text etc Add blocks Add links etc.. The editor would need to like a theme editor at [login to view URL], you can create a free weebly account and see how the editor works. What you see on weebly is what I want! After looking over weebly carefully, send me your proposal with an exact bid and time for completion.
