Developer to kick start our exciting start up property software

General information for the business: Cloud based estate agency software ***I WILL ONLY ENTERTAIN BIDS FROM UK BASED FREELANCERS*** Description of requirements/functionality: We're an ambitious seed of an idea with a fantastic pedigree and we need to get our idea off the ground - now is the time to be doing it. We're going to launch the next generation of property software - that is the software that estate agents use to do their jobs more faster, smarter and better. Our team is full of people who can drive the business forward, generate sales and generally get us known but what we really need is a team of developers to start building the web based application from our functionality ideas. We're looking for one or two developers to start the project off for us. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in building web based software or applications, or if not, the know-how and the desire to do it. * Ability to think laterally. We will give you as much training as possible about how the industry works, we don't expect to have to validate every decision that is made, however. * Good communication skills and project management abilities - communicate time scales effectively, manage enquiries from other members of the team etc. * You will be the first developer of this software - you will need to ensure that it can be picked up by another by ensuring good coding standards are adhered to. We're based in Warwickshire and ideally you will be too. If not, but you're up for a challenge that could lead to an exciting career when the idea takes off then do still apply.
