I have a mockup of a website in PDF

** I only have a PDF which i given in above link you have to do every thing.
You convert it in WordPress theme which should be compatible with all major browsers.
It includes integrating Contact form, Navigation Higlight when mouseover, Sitemap both Xml and HTml ( you can use plugin for this) , Configure Meta tags according to pages.
You will be responsible install wordpress and make the website live on the server.
