auto send emails in zencart

In this project the following needs to be done. outline: configure zen cart or add to zen cart, so that it automatically sends an email using a predefined template and selecting random products from the catalog, to all customers that have signed up for newsletters. so this is a marketting tool where owner doesnt have to get involved and every week, the system can send 2-3 emails on a predefined day and time of the week. The email that will be sent should choose products randonly from the catalog and also have a override button, where owner can choose the product themselves for the email. another auto email with new products can also be defined. owner should be able to configure it... dates, times, which customers, ability to over-ride the random selections, multiple campaigns etc. if you can do this and can show us previous work, then please bid.
