bulk google pr + check real / Fake google pr scripts

i need a script for bulk pr check (10000 pr checks per day), and the main thing about this is that we will not be tag as "spammers" with google. This cannot be done via google api for sure the second script I need I a bulk real / fake pr check i will only work with a freelancer that got proven experience with the same kind of work i will pay maximum of 100$ for this scripts
