create billing system and kiosk software

currently i have a member system for gyms, they can create their users and manage them on a basic level. and gym users can already login to manage a schedule etc. the backend system is made i need the following additions What I need is to add in a system where the gym owner can create a subscription membership package and users can sign up and pay for them when they are logged into their page. the payment gateway to be used is amazon payments. The idea of the kiosk software is that it will be on an ipad or computer at the gym, the software will allow reigstered users to sign into the class and it will note their actually attendance. It will also give drop in(visitors to the gym to signup and sign a waiver) It will also allow to take a payment for the class as a drop in user or if you are registered user for a membership For members this will also allow them to see their account status(see how many remaining tickets they have on thier membership level) This software will also have a digital signer of a waiver(for the drop in/visitor only) once gym owner is logged into admin software they have the option of hitting a menu item called kiosk. once there they can only exit that screen by entering their password again on a logout button for the koisk software. How it is presented: once the gym owner activates the kiosk software in the admin software. there will be two buttons. "sign in" and "drop in" sign in will bring up a screen with a list of users, that they can select or search to sign in as. then when clicking/selecting that user they will be asked for thier password to verify them and then it will then say "signed in" it will also show their membership level and remaining attendace(if required) and a payment screen. the membership system works by the gym owner creating a memberhsip package and then selecting that user for the package. ie. 1 time a week, 10 times a month, unlimted. The users signin area will show the remaining amount of tokens they have if thier membership dictate so. the way to show this is by showing "credits remaing" and then the value. The drop in area, once selected asks for thier contact info. name, address, telephone, email emergency contact, then once filling in that information, the next screen will show a waiver, this will be uploaded by the gym, and will be straight text(this is entered in gym admin, just a simple text area) at the botom they digitally sign with thier name typed in. then it takes them to apyament screen that displays payment options. some screenshots attached this project is not actaully as complicated as it may seem as a lot of functions already exist. I would like this to be completed in this order - payment system then kiosk. I believe this should only take a few weeks,
