create WP plugin that does 'elegant' popups (link-triggered)

I need a Wordpress plugin that creates URLs which - when clicked - fire up an elegant looking popup

- example: when you visit this site: [login to view URL], scroll down, in the middle you see "LeadBoxes". Select those and you'll see the text "To see exactly what a LeadBox™ looks like, click here." Check that out!

- then look at the source code of that page! The link generated is of the form [login to view URL]

basically, the plugin you'll create needs to create those unique URLs (obviously on the site where the plugin is installed) so the user can deploy them anywhere

- additionally, the plugin needs to provide embed codes so the URLs can be used in posts/pages/widgets

- there needs to be a 'management' screen to manage the various URLs created. This includes editing, copying, deleting and tracking click-stats

- for the popups, we need a visual editor a bit like the one here: [login to view URL] so the user can create visually appealing popup boxes (you do not need to create the beautiful templates, but you MUST create the editor that supports creating the popups/templates. The editor MUST support loading/saving templates!)

- the KEY thing is that the plugin provides support for the HTML code from the various autoresponder services like aweber, icontact, constantcontact etc

In practice this means: the user copy&pastes the HTML code into a field in the plugin. The plugin then extracts the necessary code from that HTML and uses the visual front-end (NOT the HTML provided by the AR services) to collect the name & email, and then sends that information to the AR service (i.e signs up a user).

step-by-step:

1) the user designs a beautiful popup using the visual editor. For the signup-part, they select

- (optionally) whether to use a name field (or just collect the email)

- the positioning of the (optional) name, email field and the submit button

- the shape of the submit button (either ready made graphics, user-supplied graphics, or a text-button)

2) they enter (in the backend) the HTML code provided by the autoresponder service

3) the plugin *magically* connects the beautiful popup fields with the AR-form

4) when the web-visitor fills in the fields and presses the submit button, they only ever see the beautiful form, never the ugly AR form

- optionally the web-visitor can also be subscribed to a gotowebinar, see their API here: [login to view URL])

for this the user can select a webinar from a list (that's pulled through the API)

when the web-visitor submits their email, they are also subscribed (through an API call) to the gotowebinar

- must work on desktop, tablets and smartphones (ie mobile compatible/responsive)

- the plugin MUST be done by 9am CET on the 16th of Sep!
