Chat Website!

As of right now i am running unrealircd on a linux shell. I have decided that all i want is a webchat to be installed. This will be put as the main page website and will be the only thing running on it. We are doing that so when people go to the website, they automatically see webchat, and can easily connect to the server/network. It will need to be flash or java based. Unfortunately, I am on a budget so i was also looking to have you install lightirc webchat for me. ([[login to view URL]][1]) I will be open to fair suggestions / pricing on both.
