Advanced Database/Calendar/Schedular

Retracting Bid request .... I am new to rentacoder. Was not expecting my work email to get slammed (not a good thing). Also realize that I need to define my project scope better. I am in the process of defining a detailed scope and also getting a database schema and relationships defined in order to expedite this application. I will be resubmmiting this request next week (hopefully) with much more detail, under my new company or home email ID. Please watch for it. Thanks for all the bids. Need advanced database driven resource (vehicle) scheduler. Must support unlimited resources, and multiple users, with varying rights to each resource. Users must be able to authenticate and schedule via Web Browser. System will utilize complex algorithms to automate the schedule process. Algorithms will use data stored in RDBMS to evaluate resource availability, scheduled and forecasted down times (maintenance etc.), user time allotments, and handle contention for resources by multiple users, by evaluating previous usage statistics. Scheduler will need to generate confirmation/authorization codes that users can print to show usage rights to resource. This should be immediate, and also be emailed to the user’s mailbox. User will need to update the scheduler with usage detail information (ie. time taken, time returned, mileage and hours used, problems encountered, etc) via web or email. This info will be evaluated for obvious errors, submitted to operator(s) for verification and approval, and stored in the tables for future analysis by scheduler. System should generate reports for managers showing usage stats for analysis and invoicing, and for users to see time used, remaining, scheduled, etc. System should also provide means for company to contact users based resource rights or other groups for the purpose of notification, advertisement, etc. Ideally system will have Web front end tied to SQL database, utilizing application front end for company management and administration, be emailed enable and scalable. Open to platform suggestions though. ## Deliverables This is a new corporation management venture. Current income projections are very promising. Though I would prefer low initial bid in trade for a relationship with someone who would take a stake in the company. I feel someone willing to make an investment in getting this program operational while receiving only necessary compensation on the front side, would not only have a greater desire to see this application/company succeed, but also have the potential to receive unlimited earnings that dwarf what a hourly or flat rate contract could provide. Also looking for on going enhancement effort to keep this application at peak ability. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Open to Suggesstion. Need robust, scalable architecture, as I see this growing quickly.
