Audio and Video converter - Desktop Software

We are looking for a custom made Audio and Video converter the software will convert one file type to another. We need these Requirements: - The ability to convert these video and audio formats together : (.mp3 , .oog, .m4a, .wav, .flv, .mpg, .mp4, .avi, .3gp, .wmv) - Ability to change bitrate,video size please see the full description for everything we need. ## Deliverables We are looking for a custom made audio and music converter We need these Requirements: - The ability to convert these video and audio formats together : (.mp3 , .oog, .m4a, .wav, .flv, .mpg, .mp4, .avi, .3gp, .wmv) - Ability to change bitrate,video size - Basic homepage with screen shots on how to use the softwre - A professional looking interface. - The application is listed in Add/Remove Control Panel. - Removing the application from Add/Remove Control Panel does not require any additional information from user (e.g. personal information or survey completion). - Removing the application from Add/Remove Control Panel deletes all installed files and all registry entries. - The application does not redirect the user's Internet searches or change the user's home page, default search provider or error page handling. - The application runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 without crashing. - The application has been run against antivirus software and passes. - The application does not auto-update. - The application does not collect email or other Personally Identifiable Information (PII). - The application has no memory leaks. - A way to launch the application is visible to the user in the Start Menu (Aside from the Start Menu there can be a, Quick Launch, SysTray, or Desktop Icon). - Instructions on how to use the application are included somewhere the application can direct to our homepage. - Application is installed in the "ProgramFiles" directory by default. - Includes contact information (such as an e-mail address) for 3rd party support help somewhere in the bundle or within the application. - Lists computer requirements in the installation before any program files are downloaded to the user's computer, and requirements within the application itself. - Application does not add any additional components than described (such as additional browser toolbars), or modify other functionality of the browser not directly tied to the application. - Application displays a dialog stating that the operating system is not supported when run on an unsupported OS. - Application functions properly on a "Limited User" or "Guest" account on Windows. - Application functions properly when Fast User Switching on Windows. - Our Digital Signature in the software - fully downloadable application EXE (includes an installer). - the soruce code - And after the job is done support incase we need anything changed. - 180x135 thmbnail and a 200x375 side bar image made like the ones you see in the softwares you download
