Automatic Stock Trader

The stock trading software provided by Interactive Brokers [[login to view URL]][1]gives flexibility to the user to code their own algorithms which generate automatic trades. The API available at <[login to view URL]> I need someone to code a very simple algorithm to check the feasibility of this software for my purposes. The coding will be done on ActiveX, and example of this is already given the API you will download. I will use Matlab to call this ActiveX routine. The simple algorithm I want to code is: Search for all the ‘technology sector’ stocks which were traded today at 7% higher than yesterday. Buy 1000 stocks each. Sell if price rise to 11% higher than yesterday.
