I have looked at and spoken to a few prepackaged affiliate software companies but they are unable to help with my problem
I am looking for someone to develop an affiliate program for my users within a closed environment i.e. existing members within my website and also for a way to reward my existing clients who bring in new customers
The way I would envisage this working is in the following manner
**Bringing in new customers**
If my customer (we will call him Mr X and he has a unique username) sees an item on my site that they believe one of their friends (will will call him Mr Smith) would like to buy, I would like Mr X to click on my "invite a friend" tab which will enable him to insert an email address of their friend. The friend will receive an email saying something like "Mr John Smith would like you to view this product". Mr Smith would click on the link to look at the product. If Mr Smith buys the product Mr X receives a commission. If Mr Smith doesn't buy the product but becomes a member of my site and purchases a product within the next 6 months I would like Mr X to receive a commission. After 6 months Mr X will no longer receive commission for products that Mr Smith has bought
**Paying commission between existing members
**Each member can assign his favourite products which are sold on my site on his profile page. If another member looks at this person's profile page and sees one of these items and proceeds to click through this item and buys this item, I would like the person who had it as one of his favourite products to receive a commission.
Apart from this I would like the normal items you would expect in an a affiliate software package i.e. reporting facilaty, batch payment facility using Paypal etc

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
