custom order entry software

In need of a genius to create a custom order entry software with web import capabilites. ## Deliverables I am starting a internet based business focused on vacation rentals. I am looking for someone to create a customized database with the ability to streamline the work involved on a business and customer service level. The less there is of a paper trail, the better. A standard order entry program will be required. The website will have a form for the clients to fill out general information (ie. phone number, email address, dates of travel, what city) and i would like to have that information saved onto a database. For instance, if John Doe filled out an application on our website, I would need to have his information saved on a customer info page on the order entry page as well as some sort of inbox for new clients waiting for a response. In addition, there needs to a functional form for each vacation property that I can choose from and send out to the client via email, fax, etc. - all coming from this database, where the client can receive and fax/email it back with some sort of electronic signature.
