Convert Videos,Generate Thumbnail And Put Logo On The Video With FFMPEG For Php Melody

Hi, I have a website using php melody its a video cms ( [login to view URL] ) and it does everything i need upload video,embed and etc so this is what i need when upload a video from my website it should convert the video if it is not supported by jwplayer ( [login to view URL] ) and it should generate a thumbnail ( [login to view URL] ) and also put the time of the video on the video preview ( [login to view URL] ) and also i need a option of puting my website's logo on the video while it is upload without loosing any quality or anything! i got this job done before besides the logo part for like 30$ from elance but it was for version 1.9 and since version 2.0 brings new features the files also have changed so i need these customiztions on this version and please do not waste your time and my time if you have php skills and have worked with ffmpeg before then bid!
