Access 2000 Database

Hello RAC's: I am in need of an Access 2000 database that should very closely resemble parts of these two from Microsoft. They can be located in the Microsoft template gallery. I am a certified project manager and I will provide all specs in written form and very detailed to make your job easy. The application must have the typical MS Access capabilities: 1) Enter in Data from multiple forms 2) Relational tables (I'll provide the field elements in the doc) 3) A logical workflow 4) The ability to create reports from the data in the database If you think you can duplicate one of the databases provided by Microsoft above and customize it for me in about 5 days or less, please comment or bid so we can get started ASAP. ## Deliverables 1) Fully-functioning MS Access 2000 database that has a similar user interface to the sample databases provided and is customized to my exact specifications that will be provided in the documentation upon bid acceptance. 2) All objects and code modules unprotected so I can continue with additional modifications after the projet ends. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Access 2000 Database
