Anti-Cheat Program Update

I currently have a program made to work against cheaters on yahoo games. I want to upgrade this program to become more efficient and have more options. **_ What the program already does... _** Mainly serves as an anti cheat network for yahoo players. It logs users into an ASP webpage database using there yahoo username and password. When a user is logged in they are shown on the database to all who are using the program to prove they are cheat free. It monitors the computer for running programs known as cheats. It closes any cheat programs found and reports it to the yahoo game room and removes them from the ASP webpage database. **_What I want the program to do... _**I want more efficient reporting to the yahoo game room. I want the database to somehow be moved away from the ASP webpage. I want auto ignore options that will automatically put scrollers on ignore in yahoo chat rooms. Auto Ignore should be customizable with the option to provide usernames that are ok to scroll and levels of spam protection such as low, medium, and high. (If possible) A chat filter that will edit certain words into ****. And your ideas are welcome as well...feel free to bring up options that you think would be useful! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
