Audio Lab ActiveX

This a basic audio laboratory application to capture, load, export and save audio in different formats. The software must be multi-document and support multi-language. Other related operations are: 2D signal plot with zooming and panning capabilities, copy, paste, cut audio selections, remove DC,? channel split, undo, redo, segmentation, play audio, volume control? etc.? ## Deliverables This application has been marked as large project but it shall be performed in less than two months. We've technical background enough to? be sure this is perfectly possible for the right person. Please bid only if you have real experience in this type of applications (multimedia, audio...). We'll require proven facts of your past work in this area. The document were attaching here includes the major requirements of the application. Remaining specs will be delivered to the right candidates, however 90% of the work is done by achieving the functionalities described in the attachment. It is absolutely mandatory to finish up the application by September 15th, 2008. Please do not bid if you think you cannot make it. After the release we'll need a minimum of 60 days support to tune/fix minor issues or bugs arising.
