Automate emails using Outlook Calendar

I need outlook 2000 to send email reminders to stated email address at given times before a recurring meeting. For example if I have weekly meetings on Friday at 10am, I need to send an email to all attendees 24hours before hand saying somthing like "Bill don't forget the meeting tomorrow.
