Automate the Import of txt files to Access 2000

I'm looking for a VB6 program that will automate the importation of a regularly updated [login to view URL] (found at [login to view URL]). I'd like the program to do two main things. First, it would automatically download the [login to view URL] file to my computer with the click of a button. (I would then manually run and unzip the 7 (or so) text files it contains.) The program would then take those unzipped text files and import them into an Access 2000 db (with all the correct properties, indices, and links) described at the URL above. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
